Who we work with

The same thinking. Different environments.

The athlete

01IEG Initial Assessment

We start by understanding the person and establishing a baseline through self-assessment, conversation and assessment with the people who train them. It is revisited periodically rather than treated as a one-off.

02Blueprinting

The evaluation becomes a more specific understanding of the individual and of the components necessary to elevate their performance. The more specific the evaluation, the more accurate the blueprint.

03Performance Roadmapping

That understanding turns into direction: what matters, what comes first, what preparation is required, and what the work should build toward.

04Wrap-Around Training Services

The components and people the roadmap calls for are brought around the performer. They can be used individually or as a fuller complement, according to what that person actually needs.

05Reassessment

The performer changes, so the understanding changes, and so does the work. Reevaluation is built into the relationship rather than added at the end of it.

01Assessment

Great coaches protect great athletes. Great owners protect their great coaches. We start with that environment as it actually is: leadership, coaches, roles, standards and preparation.

02Cultural Blueprinting

From that, the organization's philosophy, core values and standards are established: what this organization is actually trying to build, stated clearly enough to work from.

03Performance Roadmapping

Those standards are translated into purposeful preparation: roles, strategy, objectives and benchmarks, so the intent becomes something people can act on.

04Alignment

Athlete, coach, trainer, leadership and relevant support are brought into the same system of preparation and execution, rather than each running a separate one.

05Culture of Elevation

The objective is an environment that promotes focus and preparation, and that measures itself by growth and improvement rather than only by winning.

The corporate organization

01Assessment

We begin by understanding the individual and the environment they lead in: how decisions get made, where pressure lands, and what the standards are in practice.

02Blueprinting

That becomes a specific understanding of the leader or team: what is already working, what is limiting execution, and what the next level of performance will require.

03Purposeful Preparation

Preparation is built deliberately rather than assumed, so the practice, the standards and the work make execution repeatable instead of circumstantial.

04Execution

The work is judged where it matters: whether people can be present, trust what they have prepared, and act with purpose when the moment arrives.

05Culture of Elevation

The standard holds beyond any single outcome. A culture built around growth and improvement rather than one defined only by results.
